Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your BaseLine Ball purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

  1. The customers have 30 days to check their purchases from the time of delivery. 
  2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 30 days of the delivery.
  3. The products must be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:
    1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;
    2. It must not be damaged;
    3. The customer must send copy or picture of the purchase receipt.

Steps to begin Return Process

  1. Please first send an email to contact@baselineball.com with your name, phone number, and order number or purchase receipt, as well as the reason for your return.
  2. We will email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and address to return your item to. Include this RMA# on your label when you ship it back to us.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment and send you a confirmation email. Refund should be processed within a few days of this confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged/Missing Items

If your BaseLine Ball purchase arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact contact@baselineball.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
